Find Somebody to Hug!

Having a stressful Monday? Go find somebody to HUG!

Here’s a Pawsitive Pondering reboot from last year, but it bears repeating. Also, for those of you waiting for Love to Believe to be available in print, it is! Just click on the book cover:

Hugging releases oxytocin, the “cuddling” hormone (I’m not making that up!), and reduces our blood pressure, helps reduce existential fears, and increases our compassion. Hugging reduces cortisol, the “stress” hormone, thereby reducing tension and sending the message to our brains to chill out. Purrfect advice for a Monday, Buttercup!

Good advice for Monday…or any day…and don’t forget to hug yourself! Sun shining here but clouds and rain are coming!

Hugging? You should see my grandson hug his dog. Stop by to see the photo. Talk about a release of oxytocin; it’s a double dose with these two.

I’m late reading – again. I’m so glad things got resolved and the print copy is now available. Only one more week and I get to get my hands on a copy! <3
