Everybody remember the movie “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” that rocked theaters more than a decade ago? Well, it’s back for round two—literally, “My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2”—and if the trailer is any indication, it’s going to be as funny as the first. I’m so excited! Take a look:

I loved the original and can’t wait to revisit these old movie pals. Did you see the first movie? Did you love it? Are you as excited for the sequel as I am?

Have a great weekend, y’all! See you Monday for Pawsitive Pondering.

Lisa–Thanks for the link. A few days ago, I just saw this movie was coming out (I know… I’m probably way behind the times) and figured it could not be as good as the original. I loved the first one, and hate to ruin its memory with a stinker of a sequel.

However, if this trailer is any indication, this one will be as funny (maybe even funnier?) than the first one. Since the original, so much has happened with “landscaping” of women (Windex can’t take care of THAT issue), technology has transformed our lives, and so on. I can’t wait–thanks to you–to see this movie.

Like you, Sioux, I saw this trailer and thought it looks to be as good as the first. I hope so. This is something to look forward to for springtime! 🙂

I did see the original but don’t really remember much other than it was funny. The trailer makes this one look good so I’m sure I’ll be seeing it. Tuesday is movie day where we live – only $5 for seniors and only $6 for everyone else with a medium popcorn for only $2.75. The only problem is during snowbird season we have to get there about an hour early if it’s a popular show. No matter how excited we are to see a particular movie we usually wait until it’s been out a couple of weeks so we don’t have trouble getting good seats. I’m looking forward to seeing the new James Bond movie next week. 🙂

And now you’ve given me something to look forward to when I hit senior status. I love going to the movies, but it’s so expensive that we don’t go very often. I probably will for this movie, though, because I so adored the original.
