I love this time of year and am very nearly finished with shopping and wrapping. Hopefully will get some baking done next week!

Lisa–We’re trying to be minimalists this year when it comes to shopping (because our bank account is being a minimalist as well).

I saw a holiday wreath yesterday that said, “Felix Naughty Dog.” I almost bought it…

Hahahhaa! Love those doggy felicitations! It’s a little crazy at Casa de Hall…but I suppose that’s normal for us. Let the Christmas insanity begin! 🙂

Gifts are much simpler these days…just trying to enjoy the people and the season’s promises of hope.

Shopping done–Touch is getting a new ball. Snowing here now. It’s supposed to snow for two days. These will be good writing days.

We don’t shop for anyone much anymore. Since our days of having to “wait for a special occasion” to buy things are in the past (thank goodness), and we have no children, we just enjoy the season and don’t get stressed out about shopping. I did buy a gift for Button’s babysitter, though; she’s a treasure and I want to keep her happy. LOL

Okay, now, a question: Was the gift from you or Buttons? lol
