LtB-Final-Ebook-072115Before I post today’s Pawsitive Pondering, here’s a reminder of your chance to win one of FIVE signed copies of Love to Believe, which releases in eBook and print January 30th. For every comment you leave on my blog between now and January 29th—that’s this Friday, Buttercup—your name will be entered to win! Easy peasy! All winners will be chosen using Also, to celebrate Valentine’s Day, Love Built to Last, is only $0.99 for the eBook through February 15th. 🙂

Hope everyone had a great weekend. My daughters came for dinner yesterday with their significant others, and I had fun playing my role as mama and feeding everyone. It’s one of my favorite things. 🙂  Wish my son and his wife were here, too, but I’ll see them when I’m in Siesta Key, Florida on February 13th for a book signing at LéLu Coffee Lounge.  If you live in the Sarasota area, please put LéLu’s on your calendar for that day. I’d love to see you!

And now, without further ado, here is today’s Pawsitive Pondering to start your week with a smile!

A book signing in Florida? Wish I could be there!

Me, too, Pat. Siesta Key and LeLu’s are top of my list for places to be.

I’ve only been to one signing–there was wine. 🙂

Your weekend meal sounds almost like a holiday which it would have been had your son been there too. Nice to have a family meal just beacause!

Yes! Exactly. 🙂 My youngest lives an hour away now, so she’s only coming home every couple of weeks. Dinner for the gang is a good way to get us all together.

I’m glad you had a good weekend. I’m happy to be back home but I had a good visit with my sister and got to see some of my friends. Can’t wait to see you – less than 3 weeks now!

I know! I’m excited. It’s going to be fun to see you again—for only the second time, though it feels as if I’ve known you longer—and chat. It’ll fly by.

Hi Lisa! I just picked up “Built to Last” from Amazon during the sale. I’m looking forward to reading it. Hope you and your family are hanging tight in your winter wonderland. Best wishes!

Hi, Martha. The weather here is nuts. Last week we were freezing, and this week it’s in the 50s, which isn’t too bad.

      Hope you love the book!

Agreed. That pic was actually taken when Rigby was only six months old. 🙂

I hope Linda O’Connell doesn’t read this post. You in Florida? Lisa Ricard Claro AND the beach?

It might make her implode with beach envy.

Well, I don’t want her to implode, but I do expect her to feel beach envy. 🙂 Especially Siesta Key AND LeLu Coffee Lounge. A combo that can’t be beat!

Only three more days (and a few hours) until your book debuts.

How are you handling the waiting game?

Doing okay. A bit nervous, of course. It’s exciting but stressful, both. The usual angsty stuff…what if readers hate it? What if people who loved the first don’t like this one? What if, what if, what if…! But my first ARC review came in on Goodreads and it was awesome, so my worry-wart self has eased up a bit. lol

The last few nights, hubby hasn’t been home, so I’ve been sleeping with a hot young blonde guy. He pants over me. He’s muscular. And he has pearly-white sharp teeth…

Ah, Radar! Now if I wrote in the paranormal shape-shifter genre, I might have different ideas about that…
